PilotsROK oxygen is a consumer product and is not medical oxygen. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always use the product as directed on the packaging.
PilotsROK subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis to the credit card on file. By enrolling, you authorize PilotsROK to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.
You may change or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
Prices, product availability, and subscription offerings are subject to change without notice. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only.
Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier performance. PilotsROK is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.
Due to the nature of the product, opened or used cans are not eligible for return. Damaged or defective products may be replaced at PilotsROK's discretion. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method.
Do not use PilotsROK oxygen near open flames or while smoking. Store cans in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. PilotsROK is not responsible for misuse of the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PilotsROK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
